Pamela Mayer is the founding member of the Mayer’s Fitness & Health Team, having 25 years in the health and fitness industry, Pamela makes sure client goals are respected and achieved. The instruction at Mayer’s Fitness is always highly creative and challenging, making the experience fun and effective.

Pamela continues to attend an extensive amount of educational seminars to enrich her knowledge.Staying ahead of the curve is Pamela’s philosophy.

 

 

Jacquelyn Malec A.C.E. Certified Trainer, Ideal Protein Certified Coach

Jackie Sweetman has extensive knowledge and experience as an Ideal Protein Coach and A.C.E. Certified Trainer.
Jackie has been with Mayer’s Fitness for over 7 years making her a leading member of Mayer’s Ideal Team.
Jackie’s hard work and true dedication to actually living a healthy fit lifestyle as well as to client satisfaction, allows Mayer’s to offer the highest level of customer service.

Jackie’s goal is to apply her knowledge to assist her clients in taking total control over their health and fitness through customized exercises and the Ideal Protein Protocol thereby, helping those who are striving for a better quality of life.

 

 Anne Scarlato Certified Massage Therapist, IMX Pilates & Yoga Certified thru Shiva Rea, Baron Baptiste

Annie Scarlato is our gifted Massage Therapist as well as a Certified Pilaties and Integral Yoga & Stress Management Instructor along with Yoga for Heart Disease, Cancer and Back Care. Annie is a member of Mayer’s Ideal Coach Team and has a passion to help others gain the tools they need for a lifetime of healthy eating.

 

 

Mark Mayer Owner & Operator holding a 7th Degree in Martial Arts, Personal Trainer and Coach

Mark Mayer Founder of Mayer’s Martial Arts which was established in 1988. He holds a 7th degree Black Belt. He teaches adults, children of all ages and children with special needs. Mark is a talented trainer of the Martial Arts. Mark instructs clients in Fitness Training consisting of Kettlebells, TRX, Weight Training and Boxing.

Mark is also responsible in bringing the Ideal Protein Protocol to Mayer’s Fitness seven years ago and is an outstanding coach.

 

Rosanne Pluchino

Rosanne an Ideal Protein Dieter back in 2015 – 2016 understands Exactly what the Ideal Protein Diet is all about. Rosanne achieved her healthy weight goal and was delighted. She works hard at maintaining and understands how it feels to add a few back and have to work hard at that. Rosanne is an an amazing Ideal Coach and Mayer’s is proud to have her as part of our team. Rosanne has a sensitive understanding and a gentle approach at coaching that dieters say is wonderful.

The Protocol

There are four phases in the Ideal Protein Weight Loss Protocol. During all four Phases you will receive one-on-one coaching, teaching you how your body gains weight and what you should be eating in order to maintain a balanced weight.
